Another is the hotel grounds themselves, apart from the profusion of colour from the tropical plants and flowers, there are two beautiful swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool. The grounds and the beautiful white sand beach are both kept immaculately well, and the beach, which many feel is the best on Ambergris Caye, is raked every morning. The views of the turquoise/blue/green sea are such that you could lie in a hammock and look at it for hours on end. There are more than enough sun beds around the pool, and lovely fluffy towels in plentiful supply

A very definite reason is the quality of the food in the restaurant. It has the reputation of being one of the best on Ambergris Caye with some justification, and there is a lot of sense in taking one of the meal deals. All meals are excellent, but the menus at dinner are especially unique and almost out of this world. Guests frequently describe the food as amazing.
